With the gradual improvement of China’s market economy, reform the societycompetitiong is more and more conflect. The high school students as one part of society arealso involved in, who enjoy the creating a wealth of material living conditions, and facedpressure from family, school and society. And it brings inevitably produce some mental healthproblems, poor ability to resist setback, willpower and social adaptability to poorphenomenon. Based upon detailed research of the results of foreign setbacks education,adopting a form the phenomenon of current setbacks education, the causes of insufficient andpropose appropriate initiatives are demonstrated in this paper.The thesis is divided into three parts:The first part is the frustration education overview. This part describes the basic meaningof the frustrations and setbacks education, the basic content of setbacks education and theimportance of education of high school students setbacks. On the basis of the analysis ofsetbacks and frustrations educational meaning, educators must to guide students to establishthe correct concept of frustration,increasing high school students setbacks cognitive abilities,meanwhile improving psychological adjustment post-secondary school students frustrated,and trainning students’ ability to resist setback.At the same time, it is tried to make themajority of educators to recognize the importance of education of high school studentssetbacks。The second part is the status of high school students setbacks education.This partdescribes successes of the middle school students and setbacks in education. The governmentattaches great importance to high school students setbacks education, and formulate a seriesof educational policy to protect high school students. Schools actively carry out the frustrationeducational activities, promotion of high school students healthy growth. Meanwhile, theresults of secondary setbacks education is unsatisfactory. There are still some problems, andanylized from the middle school students setbacks from the four aspects,such as students’ ownfactors, family factors, school factors and social factors。The third part is the high school students setbacks education initiatives. Based upon theanalysis of the Students’ frustration education, increasing and improving the education ofmiddle school students setback from four aspects: the problem of high school students themselves, family, schools and social. High school students setbacks education shouldfollow the correct principles,such as the principle of such knowledge into action,the principleof prevention addendum,principle of individualized,the principle of appropriate and timely.Atthe same time, secondary setbacks education should be taken in diverse forms, such as highschool students to strengthen self-frustration education,penetration setbacks education infamily education,implement setbacks in the education of school education and socialcommunity support middle school students setbacks education.As the requirements of the times, setback education is also needed by high schoolstudents. As a systems engineering, it needs the unity of families, schools and community towork together, for promote high school students health of the growth.
