This study focuses attention on self-respect and self-judgement two aspects of students, taking high school freshmenn as the object . Based on this analysis, this article puts forward concrete strategies and ways on how to manifest the nature and conformability of biology science in students'personality accomplishment phrases; In concrete operation, this article suggests to realize the effective combination of discipline teaching and personality raising from study and self-studies, choice and reconsidering, extendance and exchange three links; By analysizing freshmen and senior's characteristics,this article proposes the special operation ways from the motive form strategy, the initiative study strategy, the interaction of teachers and students strategy, the emotion experience strategy four aspects; For the biological science relates the student daily life closely, this article also proposes the concrete ways to train the students'feeling ability.
