Teaching is a system that is made up of teachers ,students,content of the courses and teaching process,etc.In order to develop teaching efficiency,and reach the goal of superior teaching,carrying on the teaching design is a must.After the 1950s,with the development of many countries' educational reform , new theories of education and teaching springing up,the teaching design is increasingly valued,the word"teaching design"is more and more applied in each realm of the educational and teaching reasearch.Different scholars have new understanding of the teaching design according to some related educational theories from different prospectives.The teaching design is a dispensably important part when a teacher carries on the teaching work,it's a decisive factor for a teacher to do a good job,besides,it's an important access to the professional improvement of a teacher .Whether a teaching design is successful or not plays a decisive part in teaching.Based on certain mathematical studying regulation,teaching regulation,and the academic characteristics of mathematics,the mathematical teaching design is a systematic process which use systematic and scientific methods to make a whole research on all kinds of factors.Structure and function of the mathematical teaching system,so as to show the inevitable relation among the teaching factors,thus making mathematical teaching well controlled and placing the mathematical teaching in the valid teaching system.The function is important content in junior high school mathematics piercing through junior high school mathematical study it is the foundation for the students' further study,and meanwhile a difficult part for students.As for those first-rank teachers,who have more practical experience but lack the instruction of theoretical knowledge ,may always feel that they themselves have the will but no competence to do the job in their teaching practice ,thus learning much to be desired .This text have done some try on how to use correct theories and scientific method to instruct the designs of teaching goal and teaching process ,the purpose is to make such king of teaching skill ,which are intended to serve teaching practice to develop teaching efficiency in classes .
