Study On College Students' Management And The Nurturance Education

Management is a particular form of social activity. Management itself contains ethical implication and value tendency that plays a key role of value guidance to the people's social activity. A good management should be the unity of substance justice and procedure justice. College students' management is not only a management, but also the important part of the college nurturance education. College student management\teaching management and students practice make up the environment of the college nurturance education. In the chapter of "normalize the students' management, implement nurturance education ", four value aim are put forward : democracy, justification, incorruption and credit. The solution mainly lie in: construct broad system of moral education, carry out nurturance education in the aspects as following: administration, students' organization and students community.
