The job satisfaction of preschool teachers is the whole feeling and attitude which the preschool teachers think their own career,working surroundings and status. The job satisfaction of preschool teachers is affected by a lot of factors. From individual ingredients .emotion regulation types affect job satisfaction to some extend. This research aims at investigating the basic status of emotion regulation types to preschool teachers and its impact to job satisfaction. So that it could give suggestions to improve preschool teachers'job satisfaction from themselves.The author designed two questionnaires as the measuring instruments ,one is <> ,the other is <>.In this study, 360 preschool teachers from part of cities were recruited through cluster sampling and stratified random sampling.The main results as follows:I . The six emotion regulation types from high to low take turns :solve the problem,look for help,Positive reappraisal,emotion displace,retreat and tolerance.II. There is no significant difference between the married and un-married preschool teachers in the six emotion regulation types.III. There is great difference in emotion displace dimension for preschool teachers with different gender ,male have higher score than female. IV. There are significant differences in solving the problem,retreating and tolerance dimension for preschool teachers with different working years. Those who have worked for five years or less than it get the highest score in solving the problem; the lowest score in retreating and tolerance.V. There is significant difference in solving the problem for preschool teachers with different education. Teachers who come from junior colleges get the highest score.VI. There are correlations between emotion regulation types and job satisfaction for preschool teachers. Positive reappraisah emotion displace,look for help and solve the problem dimensions have positive correlations with job satisfaction; retreat and tolerance dimensions have negative correlations with job satisfaction. The high score group and the low score group of the six emotion regulations types have significant differences in job satisfaction.VII. Retreat and emotion displace dimensions have direct impacts to job satisfaction; Positive reappraisal, look for help and retreat dimensions have indirect impacts to job satisfaction.
