Freedom of learning, whose content involves all the teaching-related matters, is a freedom within university and the subject of the rights is students. In freedom of learning, the students' rights of choosing what to learn, which means the educators allow the educated to form and have their own different ideas, are the basis. However, the freedom of learning is not absolutely unlimited. It is restricted by some extrinsic factors and aims to nurture all-round students. The control of freedom of learning is based on the understanding of limit. In this research, the writer launches on the research from limit to bring the discussion further to regularization. With the higher education research methods, the writer analyzes why the university students' freedom of learning has limit, how it performs and how we can realize it better, so as to provide a new angle to study the freedom of learning of the university students.How can the freedom of learning have limit? It is determined by its internal quality and affected by external restrictions. This research starts with the factors which affect the limit to discuss the reasons of the existence of limit in two areas, namely, the higher education and the undergraduate students. What are the performances of freedom of learning? Based on the thoughts already existed, the research analyzes a series of limits shown inside and outside the higher education and. explains the conditionality between limit and freedom of learning. How can we realize the freedom of learning better? The realization of it is the realization of its limit.Through the analysis and choices of several thoughts about the stimulation of its realization, the research provides several methods to stimulate the freedom of learning in educational practice.
