Intermittent hypoxic training as one kind of science and effective assisting to train means, stimulate down in low oxygen, Airframe can produce a series resisting oxygen physiology reaction, raise airframe resisting the oxygen deficit acclimatization when moving, all-round improve of having oxygen metabolize capability and promoting moving the ability rise to is very effective. A lot of research training at present at home and abroad to intermittent hypoxic training is an impact of unitary altitude over airframe much, seldom have depending on the same training pattern with a individual, comparison the oxygen carrying out intermittent low between different altitude is trained, Therefore experiment aim is between comparatively same individual diversity altitude, effect of intermittent hypoxic training upon metabolize of rat muscle ,thus, choose an opposite and feat elevation height are that the days to come guides altitude training, intermittent hypoxic training, body-building and low oxygen take precautions against and cure a disease to have very active significance.Experiment method: Take male rat SD as experiment marriage partner , run with medium intensity load train way to build intermittent hypoxic the model training. Require that the random divides the rat into normoxia control group, normoxia training control group, 2000m group, 3000m group, 4000m group according to the experiment. Every group rat handles (4 weeks in total) in giving corresponding exerting a factor , the broken end puts to death after the endeavour exhausts a nature in running run on the stage, determine every group rat RBC,Hb,Hct respectively, share quadriceps middle SOD,MDA,LDH,SDH,ATPase,serum LA, liver organization and share quadriceps candy are original, muscle ultrastructure.Results of the experiment: (1) intermittent hypoxic training may improve rat blood RBC , Hb , Hct, then improve having oxygen motion capability.(2) intermittent hypoxic training is improves rat muscle SOD activity, reducing MDA. Show obvious resisting lipid peroxidation and the ability eliminating a free radical. (3)After intermittent hypoxic training rat liver glycogen , muscle glycogen to rise obviously ,show it can increase the carbohydrate reserve of white rats, guarantee the supply of energy to central nervous system and muscles, delay exercise-induced fatigue, and promote exercise performance.(4) Intermittent hypoxic training can improve muscle having oxygen metabolize enzyme activity, improve making use of organizing to oxygen ,thereby raise airframe having oxygen metabolize capability.(5) Effect of intermittent hypoxic training upon ultrastructure of rat muscle is trend as a well, the simulating 3000m group altitude is relatively more proper.Conclusions: Pass of experiment contrast studies, The altitude of simulates 3000m to intermittent hypoxic training is comparatively proper. It can improve rat Hb contents, strengthening of the transportation oxygen, improve having oxygen metabolize capability and strong actions on antioxidation and clearing free radical. At the same time, it can increase the sugar reserve of rats by intensive endurance exercise. In addition, it also can improve the harmful effects caused by intensive endurance exercise on body, thereby make the motion ability get notable strengthening.
