In the 21 century, with the demands for talented people in economic times, the exposed disadvantages of traditional teaching pattern and the instructions of the gist of new course standard, this text puts forward the interactive teaching pattern in class between the teacher and students. It starts with its implication, feature and the theory based on three sides. It emphasizes that constructivism is the leading psychological basis. And then it further probes into the basic conception of constructivism, the frame and application, the frame and application, and the essential process of communicative and interactive teaching pattern. At last it carries out statistics and analysis in teaching practice and gives relative views and suggestions based on it. Facts prove that through the two_way activities between the teacher and students in the course of teaching, the interactive teaching pattern between the teacher and students gives full play to students'main roles in study and fully developed their initiative and positivity.It can make students take active pact in class and the class becomes an active ,highly qualitative and efficient one. It can also have the teacher and students become the owners of the class toghther.
