The Researching Of Adult Training Mode And Result Valuation Method According To The Principle Of The Total Quality Management

Based on the analysis of the development of the quality management theories and practices,as well as the achievements of total quality management(TQM) used in adults training,combined with the investigation and case study,this dissertation focuses on the meaning of total quality management of training(TQMT), the meaning and standards of total quality of training(TQT),the elements of TQMT and it's operation strategies.Finally,progress on a combination of theory and practice covering logic and positive analysis as well as operation strategies is made.The main points of this dissertation are as follows.Firstly,the meaning of TQMT is analyzed.The traditional training quality(TQ) management manages TQ through inspection and evaluation,whose focus is on managing TQ,Correspondingly,TQMT especially commucial training, focuses on managing for TQ. So TQMT is much more comprehensive than traditional TQ management in contents and scope,and its ways and means are more flesible and various.The basic way of TQMT is total controlling and impr,oving the elements that influence TQ,and for this reason ,its ability of promoting and assuring the quality is much stronger.Secondly. The TQ is discussed from the perspective of TQM. Traditional TQ emphases the trainer, knowledge and the goal of teaching determine quality. Correspondingly, it's the customers whodecide whether the TQT is good or not.Meeting the needs of customers and satisfying the customers are the final goal.Training is a kind of service. TQ must be demonstrated through training input, training process and training output.Further more.we will consider trainer as a supply-demand activity.So the trainer must know the theories of adult connection cognition, the training requirement.Acording to DOME process, put in practis.Upswing the customers expect---performens.Thirdly, the operating evaluate strategies of adults training and the classical theories of TQM are analyzed. Taking TQ management as a dynamic process.optimize training process by means of quality planning.Quality controlling. Quality improving. Aimed at V-factor and chon-time in evaluate of adults training. Though Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Indeed Solution (TOPSIS).validate the vatioality of Training Effect Trend intention.
