With the internationalization and popularity of education, private training school is faced with continuous reform, upgrade and innovation.Teachers’ teaching ability for education and research will be directly related to the sustainable development of the private training school. As the crucial factor in this change, teachers are attracting more and more attention from supervisors who are concerned about teachers’ working behavior and the stability of the whole team. Psychological researches have shown the close relation between job satisfaction and job behavior and abundant fruits have been harvested. To explain teachers’ turnover, neither global satisfaction measured directly nor overall satisfaction by sum of measured job satisfaction had perfect effectiveness.Based on the prior studies on job satisfaction, the theories in management, psychology and sociology. This study survey with teachers from soochow new oriental school to investigate different levels of job satisfaction and factors affecting their job satisfaction. The results are as follows.1. Job satisfaction of teachers from the private training school is in the medium level The satisfaction about colleague, headmaster and teaching are higher than promotion and income satisfaction.2. The turnover inclination of private training school is basically in the medium level.3. In the analysis of effecting factors, job satisfaction attached great importance on sex, age, seniority and marital status but little importance on turnover inclination. While teachers with different education background and age of students had significantly different views on both job satisfaction and turnover inclination.4. To private training school teachers, the correlation between the turnover inclination and job satisfaction including headmaster, teaching, colleague, personal income, promotion and the whole satisfaction is significantly negative.
