Under the background of internationalization and popularization,in order to achieve sustainable development,private educational institutions are facing new reforms,upgrades and innovations.During this change,teachers who are related to the teaching quality and research ability of private training institutions become the most important factor.In recent years,data shows that the turnover rate of training teachers is getting higher and higher,which not only affects the overall business development of the company but also has a serious impact on customer experience.So it is urgent to study the reasons of the high turnover rate.There are many factors affecting turnover,mainly are the satisfaction of teachers' work.This paper will take the teachers of W Branch as the research object,investigating the situation of teachers' job satisfaction,understanding the degree of teachers' turnover intention,and deeply analyze the factors of affecting teachers' job satisfaction,and the impact of teachers' job satisfaction on turnover intentionThrough the-deep interviews with former staff of W Branch,this paper finds that there are many dissatisfactions of the work.In order to better understand the situation of teachers' job satisfaction and the impact of satisfaction on teachers' turnover intention,improve the current situation of the rising turnover rate and improve teachers' work efficiency,this paper designs a questionnaire about teachers' influence on turnover intention.It includes the terms of salary and welfare,promotion and training,direct leadership,colleague relationship and work itself.Through descriptive analysis.Reliability and validity analysis,correlation analysis and demographic variables based on the analysis of turnover intention,it found that pay and benefits,promotion training,direct leadership,colleague relationship and work itself have a negative correlation with turnover intention.That is,the higher the job satisfaction of teachers is,the lower the turnover intention will be,the lower the job satisfaction of teachers is,and the higher the turnover intention will be.According to the five major sectors of job satisfaction,this paper puts forward the optimization scheme,from the rationality and fairness of the assessment scheme to the humanization and richness of the welfare treatment,and then to the balance of the intensity of the work itself.It is hoped that the optimization schemes of the analysis results can directly and effectively improve teachers' job satisfaction,which can reduce the turnover intention and improve teachers' satisfaction and make the work status of core talents stabler.
