This paper discusses the integration of information technology and inquiry learning curriculum. Through the research of information technology curriculum integration and inquiry learning curriculum, the thesis proposes a new pattern of web-based inquiry learning, guided by constructivism, cognitive flexibility theory and social constructivism. By creating new teaching structure, it aims at realizing the integration of information technology and inquiry learning curriculum, improving and cultivating student's information literacy, innovation spirit and practical ability.The paper altogether divides five chapters; first chapter divides two. First section is the background, combining brief introduction of setting up inquiry learning's necessity and holding information technology's essentiality, proposes the integration of information technology and inquiry learning curriculum. Second section dissertates topic's theoretical significance through current research status in foundation of educational reforms and developments trend, topic's practical significance through contradiction of demands and practices in foundation of necessity and feasibility.Second chapter divides three, dissertates information technology curriculum integration. First section is evolution venation of information technology curriculum integration. From giving birth to curriculum integration concept to two gaining information technology education patterns, the thesis generalizes integration origin process, evolution status and trend. Second section expounds the definition from professor HeKekang, explains its attribute, connection, essential, approach. Third section expounds cognition errors and practice errors. Forth section proposes principles of realizing deep level's integration, namely setting up modern education idea and founding new teaching structure.Third chapter divides three, mainly dissertates the integration of information technology and inquiry learning curriculum. First section expounds inquiry learning's meaning, basic patterns. By discriminating different kinds of understanding, the thesis educes learning style as the core of meaning, summarizes three kinds of basic pattern's meaning, process, characteristics. Second section firstly expounds inquiry learning curriculum meaning, summarizes three essences according to definitions and presents new comprehension in this foundation. Secondly, the thesis presents inquiry learning curriculum steps through overseas status, domestic characteristic. By presenting and explaining the integration of information technology and inquiry learning curriculum meaning, the thesis proposes one kind of integration new pattern, namely web-based inquiry learning pattern, then expounds pattern meaning, factors, characteristics, effects and presents eight principles of integration.Forth chapter divides four, mainly dissertates integration pattern of information technology and inquiry learning curriculum. In this chapter, the thesis summarizes three theory elements of integration pattern, which are constructivism, cognitive flexibility theory and social constructivism, then educes that constructivism and dependence on information technology become web-based inquiry learning pattern rationales, instruct to construct integration pattern of information technology and inquiry learning curriculum. This is the theoretical guarantee. Under theory possibility, the thesis elaborates proposed web-based inquiry learning pattern and its learning activity procedure, teacher effect analysis, collaborative learning group, learning evaluation. Pattern must have technical guarantee of actual feasibility, according to Internet three big supports of inquiry learning - resources support, interaction support, management support, have technical possibility of application. According to three big supports, building web support platform for pattern application, so platform has three big functions modules to realize three big supports, namely, resources support module, interaction support module and management support module. This is the technical guarantee. Above research achievements, the thesis designs web support platform, eight correlating with functions modules columns on the interface– topics center, my space, my topic, exchange center, resources center, research results, help center, evaluation center, and elaborates themselves functions and use.Fifth chapter divides two, mainly elaborates that according to realization the integration of information technology and inquiry learning curriculum pattern three great steps: proposed the topic, practice proof, demonstration and exchange to design and implement the case. The case design includes the general processes and the learning activities design. Guided by the general steps and method strategies, we carry on the case implementation and finally carry on the reconsidering summaries to the whole research.
