With the arrival of the information era, the school as the main base for cultivating talent,it has become very feeble to efficient teaching of knowledge that the classic classroomteaching mode of the trinity about teacher and students and blackboard. Therefore, manyscholars are devoted to the teach research of information technology integration intocurriculum. In order to achieve on real significance efficient teaching mode system based onthe modern educational technology.In view of the nature and hardware facilities of the university curriculum and student’scharacteristics, the author think that universities are more suitable to launch curriculumintegration. The essay advanced three kind of process mode to direct information technologyand education curriculum integration on the study basis of home and abroad, by means ofdetail analysis and research to these factors. This design of three kind of process modebased on different learning style, it concludes different aspects about the learning content,learner characteristics, learning style, teacher can flexible selection and use according todifferent need, it is effective in improving the education effect after practice.The main research content of the paper has the following several aspects:1) The author made different questionnaire according to the Likert scale, it analysis onthe necessity and feasibility of the education curriculum integration as well as learner’s abilitychanges both before and after integration. Build the moodle network teaching platform ofopen source code, and add different course content and learning resources in platform.2) After study of education curriculum nature, and combined with learner’scharacteristics and learning styles, the essay advanced three kind of different style processmode of curriculum integration in manner of individualized autonomous learning, and inmanner of hybrid learning and in manner of study. The teacher can flexible select processmode in adapt with course so that bring into play teaching effect largely. At the same time, theauthor respectively use case analyses its feasibility and rationality to three kind of processmode.3) Use Z value test method made statistical analysis to investigate data in the integrationaffect aspect, and compare the data in the before of integration with in the after of integration,finally, we can reach the significance of each part ability change. The innovation point of this article is: in the based of moodle platform,according todifferent learning style and learning object,the essay advanced three kind of different styleprocess mode of information technology and curriculum integration in manner ofindividualized autonomous learning, and in manner of hybrid learning and in manner of study.Meanwhile, in the foundation of cases, to test, achieve and flexibility select to three models.
