Along with the introduction of the modern ideas of the teaching and education, we apply many advanced teaching theories to our basketball teaching to improve our teaching quality and efficiency. To reform the basketball teaching is to change the idea of education, alter the content, model and method of basketball teaching and sun up experience in it. During this progress, we introduce new theories, change the traditional teaching method and construct new model of high efficiency. The tendency of recent teaching approach is to combine comprehensiveness with practicality, innovation with inheritance and scientism with advanced characteristic. Nowadays some scholars illustrate systematic teaching model based on the theory of CALL and have proved that this systematic teaching model is superior the traditional teaching method.Since 1958, the theory of attribution raised by Header has been focused on in psychology field. In 1967, Kelley put forward covariant theory, considering there are inner, reliable relations between special behavior result and reason. The attribution theory originates from the American psychologist Weiner's theory of attribution, which was put forward in the 1970s and was modified in the 1980s. This theory inter osculates attribution, emotion and action and develops attribution theory. Now more and more scholars realized the importance of this theory. Attribution theory is to make the trainee master some attributive technologies through some specific training procedure, then form the comparable positive attributive method. In education, the study on attributive training mainly concentrate on the theoretical models, ways and effects on the students'psychology. Attributive theory will supersede all previous motive theories which define the human behaviors from the concept such as instinct, need and inward energy. The attribution theory is based on cognitive view to treat emotion. It points out that the"pursuit of understanding"is the basic power of human behavior, every one can explain and reason his own or other people's behavior and according to this to recognize, predict and control the surroundings. In the process of basketball tactical teaching, we should apply this theory to our educational practice to analyze the problems, then sum up the experience to improve our students'tactical learning.This article is based on the previous researches. The subject of this study is the students majored in PE department of Dezhou University. We used many research methods including documentary information method, questionnaire method, teaching experiment, mathematic statistics and comparative analysis method to explore how to apply this theory to our basketball tactical teaching and ascertain our teaching process, teaching strategy and educational procedure.1. The attribution theory applied to the basketball tactical teaching shows that the students in the experimental class change actively not only in attributive tendency but also in attributive character, what's more, they become more active to pursue success and have weaker motivation to avoid failure. They appear a high sense of efficiency, and become interested in studying. All those prove that this theory is feasible and effective in teaching practice of basketball skills.2. This theory must be practiced in such a way that it is combined with the precondition functions, obeying the cooperative relations between cause and result. It must also be connected with the influence that the action result might bring about. Individual difference must be emphasized while making full use of the action and communication. We can apply the 3 dimensions pattern in regard to reason attribution, mixing reason attribution, self-attribution and emotional reaction together. At the same time, we should pay attention to the function that the attributed action choice has played.3. In the teaching practice, we should not only emphasize the exact methods such as behavior strengthening, compensation correcting and emotion implanting but also try to persuade the students using examples, explaining, discussing, exercising and personal consultation methods. We ought to combine expectation and action effect of similar activities after the attribution practices.4. Psychologically, the attributive theory mainly does research in the way how inner and outer origin, stability, and control, affect students'emotion. The teacher speculates their attribution by observing their emotions, then lead them to make proper attribution, and gives them attribution practices according to a schedule, so that the students may change the portion of attribution and the instructor that control the attribution dimension which can finally covert them of their emotional experience in an active direction.5. The attribution theory has both short-term and long-term effects, and the former shows in the aspects of students'reaction such as accepting the theory, promoting their motivation and having more interests in studying, while the latter shows in the ways which build up their psychological quality and healthy personality.
