In junior high school stage, student’s learning content increased sharply, and learningpressure will gradually increase. In the ideological and political course teaching, some studentslearning habits is not correct, and lack the ability of self psychological counseling. Therefore,it will affect their learning motivation, and learning achievement is influenced.American psychologists Weiner combined the attribution theory and motivation theory,and successfully shifted the focus from cognitive process to attribution effect. He advocates,these factors, such as Ability, Effort, Task Difficulty and Luck, have influence on theachievement attribution. And based on control point, stability, control, he designed thethree-dimensional attribution model. Through the experimental study, he found that thedifferent attribution style can have a significant impact on people’s behavior results. So, we canchange people’s behavior by the training of attribution style, and help people to stimulatemotivation, achieve the target.Therefore, this article wants to explore how to stimulate the students’ learning motivation,improve the initiative and enthusiasm of learning by Weiner’s attribution theory. The mainproblem effecting student’s learning is the “Lack of confidence","worry","anxiety" and soon, and the attribution factors is effort, interest, method, ability, teachers, environment,luck. So, in order to inspire middle school students’ learning motivation by Weiner’s attributiontheory, first is the positive attribution training; Second is the appropriate feedback andevaluation; Third is to guide students to face setbacks; Fourth is to optimize the teaching method.Finally, the author prove how to make full use of Weiner’s attribution theory, to stimulate thestudents’ learning motivation in the daily teaching, by an example of "bridge betweeninnovation ". First is the full attention of teaching design; Second is the actively guiding; Third isthe appropriate feedback.Through the above research, the author draws a conclusion: the rational use of attributiontheory in teaching, have the vital significance to the teaching activities of ideological andpolitical course. It conforms to the psychology of student learning; strengthen the achievementmotivation and the learning enthusiasm.
