Since the reform and open policy, China's education has already obtained amazing achievement which progresses by leaps and bounds, but at the same time, the education resources short, the outstanding teachers deficient and so on the question also becomes the restriction education further health fast development bottleneck but suddenly to appear. The attention education resources, promulgates the education resources investment with the relations which delivers, the research education resources using the efficiency now educates the heavy responsibility which the economical educational world is duty-bound.The research methods of literature research, questionnaire survey, interview and the mathematical statistical analysis are used in the article. The author comprehensively elaborates the topic of the investment of teacher resources and the output of students'academic achievement. The full text is divided five major parts:The first part defines the meanings of the investment of teacher resources and the output of students'academic achievement, analyzes the domestic and foreign research situation at present. Then, based on the previous study, the author t unifies ourcountry the reality, proposes its research design according to china's reality.The second part elaborates the theoretical basis of the investment of teacher resources and the output of students'academic achievement. The theory of educational work with production, the theory of the investment and output of educational work, the function theory of education production respectively provides related theoretical support for the investment of teacher resources and the output of students'academic achievement. In the third part, according to the result of investigation which is centered on students'questionnaires and followed with teachers', mayors'questionnaires, the author sums up the factors with influence on students'academic achievement into six kinds; and then the author makes describing and relating analysis of the factors of students, teachers, families with influence on students'academic achievement.The fourth part analyzes the relations between the investment of teacher resources and the output of students'academic achievement. Based on analyzing the factors with influence on students'academic achievement, the author obtains the conclusion that the investment of teacher resources is the core factor affecting students'academic achievement. The author divides the teacher factor into six aspects, which includes teacher's academic background, work experience, teaching enthusiasm, work time, specialized level and wage level. Then, the author use the function theory of education production to investigate all the factors that affect the output of students'academic achievement and obtains the production function about the output of students'academic achievement. Moreover, through gradually returning examination into the factors of teacher resources input, the relation between the investment of teacher resources and the output of students'academic achievement is further promulgated.In the fifth part, according to the analysis of questionnaire, the research conclusion is proposed and the corresponding measures and proposals are proposed.
