Therefore, it is to be imminent to vigorously impel the university populace volleyball movement developments, however only knowing the present situation, we can adroitly guide action according to circumstances and realize the goals.Using literature and material method, investigation and mathematical statistic method and so on, this research carries on the diagnosis to the amateurish volleyball sports actuality of Henan Province university student .The result indicated that: their goal participating in the extracurricular volleyball movement is clear , the cognition is good, but the times of participation sports and the duration of every week are unsatisfactory, the request is also far from"exercises every day with the initiative for a hour, the health works for 50 years, happy life for a lifetime"; The condition of their participating in after-school volleyball competition is not optimistic. The motive of the university student participating in the class -odd volleyball movement presents the multiplex tendency; University student's volleyball theory accomplishment is deficient; University students gain the competition information mainly through television, newspaper, network and so on; Not having the teacher to instruct, being limited in the location equipment , as well as lacking the technology and so on are the main reasons affecting the university student not frequently to participate in the amateurish volleyball sports. Individual interest, individual time, the competition team level, the athletic field atmosphere and so on are the main reasons affecting the university student not frequently to watch the volleyball competition in the school.Simultaneously we made the detailed analysis aiming at the existing situations and the questions ,and proposed that: the school and the concrete control section should fully display and use each kind of condition to build the good volleyball healthy body environment; Strictly implement country sports laws and regulations document and consummate the campus sports system culture system; Train the student's interest and habit to participate in the volleyball exercise through the reform of universities volleyball teaching, the extracurricular volleyball activity, the class -odd volleyball competition; Fully complete the volleyball project using the propaganda vector, expand its influence ; Full display the radiation effect of volleyball spirit culture; Strengthen the linking up of physical education and extracurricular volleyball movement development between the universities and the middle school; Fully use the conformity effect of the social resources and so on to promote more high qualities university student to participate in the extracurricular volleyball movement.
