The Research On Selecting Seeded Player Platform Structure In Track And Field In Amateurish PE Univeristies In Henan Province

The first step for the competitive sportsmen is selecting seeded players, and track and field is the main filed of sports. The quality of selecting seeded players has a direct influence on the success of sportsmen. The Olympic Games in 2008 show the growing up of Chinese sports on the whole, yet Chinese sports lacks highlights as far as the track and field is concerned. The absence of leg-broken Liuxiang in the 2008 Olympic Games makes it unconvincing as far as Chinese Track and Field Team in the game is concerned. The development of the track and field sports plays an important part National Competitive Sports, so it is very necessary to foster track and field athletes for our county in order to improve the quality of national competitive sports. The selecting of seeded players is the first step to fostering sportsmen, which has a great influence on the following steps.Amateurish PE University in municipal level is the main unit to selecting seeded players for our country, from which many excellent track and field players are selected. The main Amateurish PE Universities are selected in Henan Province as research aims in this research in the forms of documentary method, interviewing method, questionnaire method, logical analyzing method and symbolic logic statistical method. The research give a detailed description to the development and the quality of selecting seeded players of track and field in Amateurish PE Universities in Henan province as well as the elements influencing the quality of track and filed. Finally, it also analyzes the traditional track and field items, sports teams, universities and enterprises in Henan Province, structuring the track and filed platform according to the above investigation, statistics and analysis. The main conclusions are as follows:1. Amateurish PE University in municipal level is the main unit to selecting seeded players in the field of track and field for our country, bearing the task of primary selection of track and field sportsmen, however, the Amateurish PE Universities can not promise a effective selecting seeded player along, reducing the effectiveness of selecting seeded players. 2. The track and field team in Henan Province is an excellent team in China, but the junior class has been strong and the adult class has been weak in recent years, which worries people. The PE Schools under municipal level cease to exist except in name, some of which are incorporated into PE Universities in Municipal level.3. Many problems appear in track and field item in Amateurish PE Universities in municipal level in Henan Province, for example:lacing organization and management in selecting seeded players, the process of selecting seeded players are controlled by some coaches, lacing objective appraisal. The selecting channels are rather narrow, and the necessary training are lacked in selecting seeded players, the utilization ratio of hard wares is rather low, lacking funds for repairing old equipments and the low effectiveness.4. The Amateurish PE Universities in Henan Province has the advantages to cooperate with middle schools, traditional Track and Field Schools, senior sports teams and PE Research Institutions, Universities and enterprises.5. The platform of selecting seeded players can be carried on in three aspects:Getting permission from the senior managerial units firstly, collaborating with them positively. Secondly, Making the management of selecting seeded player more perfect, creating the necessary qualifications for more units in the platform. Thirdly, it must be positively collaborating with the potential units, which are qualified to selecting seed players.
