The value discourse moral education is based on Harbermas'discourse ethics. It has multiplex society and the realistic moral education practice as its background. The multiplex society constituted the background of the value discourse moral education. On the one hand, the school moral education should teach the students on how to choose values in front of multiplex values resources independently, and how to construct their own moral lives by themselves; On the other hand, the school moral education must avoid the moral education pattern that is completely free because it may leads to"moral relativism". The realistic moral education practice is the soil in which the value discourse moral education is produced. On the one hand, the large moral education , or the exuded moral education in our courtry causes the realistic moral education to become a"non- moral moral education", which calls on the moral education to pay attention to people's value lives; On the other hand, the stubborn moral instills cause the moral education to present a"unmoral moral education", so it's need to have a feasible theory to instruct the moral education practice and make it become a democratic and an opening enterprise.This article starts from Harbermas'discourse ethics as well as its enlightenment to the moral education, and then it analyzes the concept of the value as well as the value discourse moral education, then it discusses the necessity and the possibility of the value discourse moral education; the following is about the essence and the characteristics , finally it talks about how to get this education pattern into realization. The whole article can be divided into four parts:The first part mainly analyzes Harbermas'discourse ethics as well as its enlightenments to the moral education, and the gives the defination of the value discourse moral education. The value discourse moral education takes place in the life world, in which teachers and students discuss about the moral and value standard freely, thus enables teachers and students to get a better understanding with each other, finally the students get the moral value standard constructed by themselves.The second part mainly discusses the necessity and the possibility of this education pattern. The multiplex social background and the murky moral education situation provids the necessity for the implementation of the education pattern. The value instills, the value guidance and the value clarification can not solve the contradiction of the content and the form in the moral education, which provids the possibility for the value discourse moral education.The third part mainly mainly talks about the essence and the characteristics of the value discourse moral education.The discourse is the medium through which the value discourse moral education can be carrid on. The life world is the field in which the education occurs, and the essense of this education pattern is to pay enough attention to individual's survival and the construction of harmonious society. The fourth part is about how to realize this education pattern. It contains the following parts: the builds of the school moral life, the transformation of the teachers'role, the Cultivation of students'initiative moral personality, the design of the moral education process.
