| Woman's continental basketball association ,namely WCBA, has been held for five years since 2002, but no matter the game quality of league match or the clubs'trying of the host and guest field of line, the match systems can't meet satisfaction. Adapting to market economy is still not deep, real professional ball team hasn't built up, league match level and management train level also need an exaltation.Along with our country's political and economic system reforming continuously, tournament athletics and the management system change slowly , especially the idea. Training, tournament system reform and building professional club remain in form and surface to a large extent and only. The WCBA league match of new match quarter will soon start, and along with new match quarter close by, basketball association also release new steps to promote the development of league match. But Henan women's basketball team's main member Zheng annan at new match quarter will be absent because of the wound, adding it is not permitted to employ n foreign player in the new match quarter rule, this puts forward more challenges to Hennan women's basketball team.Challenge and opportunity are appear at the same time .The author hope this research can provide some referencesfoe their later training, and can contibute to the development of the chinese women's basketball.This thesis use the methods of interviewing expert, observing and learning from record,mathematical Statistics, the logic analysis ..etc. From analysis ,we get the research results as follow:1.The Henan women's basketball's height, weight, gram doesn't gain advantage in league match troops, and the distance is far more to the world strong teams,.At the age aspect, Henan women's basketball members'age structure is more reasonable, most members are young, is a ball team which has biggest potential;2.Henan women's basketball's rate of intermediate range shoots are not high;3.Henan team'outside line'members have strong conciousness to throw far, but defend is ineffective, can not give enough oppression to opponent;4.Lacking of co-operation. According to the basic theory of basketball ,combine with the development of Chinese basketball and Henan women's basketball present condition ,this text puts forward following suggestions:1. pay attention to the choose of the athletes, extend choosen district, make use of various special measures to employ high quality talented person;2. emphasize to carry on the training of shooting rate especially raise shooting rate under strong resist circumstance, increase resisting practice, and the training of the mental state, in the meantime strengthen the co-operation of inside track member of team and outside line member of team;3.TheHenan team should develop more new ideas, strengthen the training of the team's defending as a basic achievement, especially the training of players'brave will; 4. develop inside track ability,stengthen the co-operation of rearguard athlete and forward, center forward athlete,improve of offend and defend tactics;5.Increase budget devotion and management strength, adopt the method of walking out, inviting , learn from other teams'experience, invite excellent athlete and coach joining tocarry on training and competes, increase opportunity of exhanging with strong teams, let the young members of team practice themselves in the game ,increasing game experience, improving ability, in order to improve the whole level of the team.
