In recent years, so many matches were held in China .International referees is the highest in all Chinese referees ,their level affect our country basketball development even international basketball development .The paper uses method of literature,investigation,mathematics,visiting to get the conclusion :1,At present women referees is less than men referees and more and more referees are living in the city of prosper economy .2,Most of our international referees are teachers .They have higher academic but some have a lower level of English especially spoken .3,At present most referees has less chances to judge the important matches and receive training .4,At present some management system has some problem.5,The"supervising system"in China Basketball Association hasn't satisfied all the referees'requirement .
