A large amount of researches have been found that although appropriate pressure is helpful to individual life and job, excessive job stress has negative influence on the job, physically and mentally health and life quality of teachers. So it is urgent and essential to launch the study on teacher's job stress, put forward the suggestion for the teachers and administrators, and reduce the teacher's job stress at present.Based on retrospecting existing studies on teacher's job stress, and with the use of methods of investigation, document and Questionnaire to collect meterals, and exploratory, factor and correlation analysis to copy with data, the factor structure, demographic characteristic of teacher's job stress in colleges and universities in Henan province, and the relation between every factor and teachers'teaching self efficiency, job indolence, heath tested by oneself are discussed, the preliminary conclusions drawn by this research as follows:First, there is six-factor structure about sports teacher's job stress in university: Institutional framework, job requirement, job guarantee, student factor, job environment and job development.Second, the differences on sex, age, academic credential, professional title, unit of sports teacher's job stress in university are compared: the differences on institutional framework and job environment between man and woman are significant, man has a higher score than woman, there is no remarkable difference on other four factors; There are significant differences between those who are under 30 years old and 41-45 on institutional framework, between those who are over 50 years old and those who are under 30, 31-40, 41-50 on job requirement; the differences on academic credentials are significant, undergraduate has higher score than graduate; There are also significant differences between associate professor and lecturer, assistant on institutional framework, between professor and associate professor, lecturer on job requirement, between associate professor and professor, lecturer, assistant on job guarantee, between associate professor and lecturer on student factor, job environment, job development and so on; There are still remarkable differences on student factor and job environment between teachers who are in sports department and public sports.Third, the relation between sports teacher's job stress in university and teacher'teaching self efficiency, job indolence, heath tested by oneself are discussed, the conclusions drawn as follows:(1) The relation between thestudent factor of job pressure and the classroom management and teaching tactics of self efficiency is significant negative correlative. But the relations between job environment and the four aspects of self efficiency are significant positive correlative; the rations between job development and the fore aspects of self efficiency are also significant positive correlative.(2) The relations between institutional framework of job stress and emotion exhaustion and job reluctance of job indolence are significant positive corrective, but the relations between institutional framework and low professional efficiency are negative corrective but not significant; job requirement are significant positive correlective to emotion exhaustion, and corrective but not significant to job reluctance; job guarantee are corrective but not significant to the three aspects of job reluctance; the relation between student factor and emotion exhaustion, job reluctance are significant positive corrective; job environment is significant positive corrective to emotion exhaustion, job reluctance, low self efficiency; job development is significant positive corrective to emotion exhaustion, but negative corrective to low self efficiency.(3) The institutional framework in job stress is significant corrective to the physical symptom, positive emotion, negative emotion, cognitive fuction, social adaption, social resource and total health of health tested by oneself; job requirement is significent negative corrective to physical symptom, negative emotion, cognitive fuction; job ganrantee is significant negative corrective to physical symptom, negative emotion, social adaption and total health; student factor is significant negative corrective to physical symptom, positive emotion, negative emotion, cognitive fuction, social adaption, social resource and total health; job enviroment is significant negative corrective to negative emotion; job development is significant positive corrective to cognitive fuction, social adaption, social resource and total health.
