Research On Current College Teacher's Morality In Our Country

The college teachers' morality relates the success of higher education, and it is not only affecting the education reformation and develops, but also affecting the construction of economic and social citizen morality. In new period, studying the reinforcing of college teachers' professional morality becomes an impotent and urgent problem. Basis cleaning up the teachers' professional morality conception, this paper recollected the history that the teachers' professional morality construction, and pointed out its significance in current. By analyzing current college teachers' professional morality situation, and summing up the problem in teachers' professional morality construction, and researching the cause of the problem, this paper mainly discussed the countermeasures that reinforcing and improving the colleges teachers' professional morality. Full paper contains five major parts: Part I, after analyzing the relative concepts about teachers' professional morality, it analyzed the conception of teachers' morality, and pointed out its contents and structure, and sketched the relation between the citizen morality and teachers' morality. Part II, one aspect, comply with two clues in the homeland and abroad, it briefly recollected the history that the teachers' morality construction. On the other hand, it discussed the current practical significance of the college teachers' morality construction. Part III, it analyzed our country colleges current teachers' morality situation dialectically. Briefly discussed the Main current of college teachers' professional morality, mainly discussed the existence main problems. Part IV, from macroscopic view to microcosmic, from the outside to the inside, from managing to educating, from different views we discussed the main causes of the problems existing in teachers' professional morality. Part V , from different angle,ideas and visual threshold, we brought forward suggestions and countermeasures that the college teachers' morality construction, which became the major part of the paper .
