Xi Jinping pointed out that enhance morality and foster talents is the foundation of universities.In the new era,moral education requires colleges and universities to have a clear focus and take the cultivation of excellent socialist builders and successors as their fundamental task.In this process,the university teachers should bear the responsibility of rising and falling and cultivating people.High quality college teachers are conducive to the healthy development of colleges and even the whole society.At present,the quality of college teachers is gradually improving,but there are still very few college teachers' behavior Anomies that are known by the public from time to time.They fail to live up to people's ardent expectations for the role of college teachers and deviate from the basic requirements of College Teachers' morality.Therefore,the primary task of building a high-quality and high-level college teachers' team is to do a good job in the construction of teachers' morality,which is the premise and foundation to ensure the cultivation of talents for socialism.The construction of teachers' morality is the key to the implementation of the fundamental task of Building Morality and cultivating talents.In this case,we must pay more attention to the construction of teachers' morality in Colleges and universities,which is not only related to the growth of talents in the new era,but also related to the improvement of the comprehensive ability of the country and even the future of the nation.In his nineteen major reports,Xi Jinping stressed the importance of strengthening the construction of teachers' ethics and pointed out the direction for our next step.In the new era,it is still of great value to strengthen the construction of teachers' morality and improve the level of teachers' morality.Since the emergence of this profession,college teachers have been concerned by the public.The particularity of this profession determines that teachers must have good private and public morality.Because the environment,rights and obligations of teachers will change in different social stages,this requires that the research on the construction of teachers' morality in Colleges and universities should not be stagnant.This practice must adhere to the scientific theory as the guidance,and also be good at summarizing the previous research results,combining theory and Practice,finding problems in practice,and then innovating the scheme of the construction of teachers' morality In order to meet the growth track of teachers and ensure the practical improvement of teachers' moral level in Colleges and universities.Through the combination of qualitative and quantitative research,from the perspective of the new era,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the construction of teachers' morality in Colleges and universities in China,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions,including five parts.First,from the value of the times and the basic requirements of the construction of teachers' team in the new era,this paper expounds the reason and significance of the topic,and combs the existing research results on the construction of teachers' morality at home and abroad.Second,we have clarified and analyzed the core concepts of the new era and teachers' ethics,and guided by Xi Jinping's Thoughts on teacher ethics,based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory and social role theory,laid the foundation for further research and laid the foundation.Thirdly,it comprehensively analyzes the necessity and requirements of the construction of teachers' morality in the new era.Based on the new requirements for higher education and teachers in the new era,this paper expounds the important significance of strengthening the construction of teachers' morality in Colleges and universities.Guided by the speech spirit of Xi Jinping's new era teacher's ethics construction,this paper explores the requirements of the construction of teachers' Morality in Colleges and universities.Fourth,through a case study of a university in Shandong Province,it is found that the mainstream of teachers' ethics is good;however,in the new era of China's personnel training,scientific research and social services for teachers' quality and ethics requirements,there is still a certain gap in general,and some teachers still have some problems in some aspects,which need to be improved and improved;at the same time,according to the survey Based on the theory of social role,this paper analyzes the causes of the problems from the aspects of teachers,school management and society.Fifthly,according to the results of the analysis,and guided by the opinions on strengthening and improving the construction of teachers' morality and style in the new era,this paper puts forward the corresponding measures and suggestions in four aspects: improving their own moral cultivation,improving the management mechanism of teachers' morality,creating an atmosphere of respecting teachers and valuing education,and strengthening the implementation of responsibilities.Finally,it points out that as a long-term work,no matter from the system level or the moral level,the construction of College Teachers' morality needs our overall grasp and systematic research.This work needs the joint efforts of society,schools,teachers and other education researchers.
