Since the 80's of the twentieth century until now, the subject on the study of the academic help seeking and the influenctial factors have been the attention of the domestic and oversea education Psychologists. It deals with mainly from the following three aspects: the features of the help seekers, their tasks and sensation features, and the helpers'features to Analysis, meanwhile have obtain the resourceful theory results.But the existing results have the inconsistent points, and lack of the further study on the subject of how the helpers influence the help to school work, such as how the teachers'features influence the students'study and if the behaviors of seeking help exists the gender and age differences.This study paper adopts the approach of questionnaire , mainly discusses the students'academic self-concept, perception of teachers'supporting and the help between the students themselves, demonstrates the students'academic self-concept, perception of teachers'supporting partly influence the students'action of academic help seeking . After the diversified analysis and the related analysis, coming to the following conclusions: 1. Academic help seeking, the students could apperceive the teachers'support, the various dimensions the students'academic self-concept, the prominent differences in different grades, in details the students in middle school cover three dimensions: the rate of apperceiving the teachers'support and academic self-concept are higher than senior high students ,gender difference comparatively have no prominent distinctions, but the perception of the teachers'ability supporting varies greatly. 2. Academic self-concept and the total mark of academic help seeking is in proportion, this illustrates that the higher grade the students are in, they are more inclined to ask for the teachers. This behavior is a kind of behavior whose purpose is for obtaining the solving approaches and mastering the knowledge. The middle school students'all the index are comparatively higher than that of the senior high school students.3. The relationship among the total mark of perception of the teachers'supporting , emotional support ,ability support and academic self-concept is highly connected, but academic self concept has no close connection with study support. Middle school students'sentimental support from the teachers, the ability support and support total marks are higher than the senior high school students. 4Junior school students'perception of the sentimental support and the three dimensions of academic help seeking and the total marks, they connect with one another closely. In senior high school, perception of teacher's support, averted help and tool seeking, their relationship are more closer. 5,In middle school, the students'perception of the teachers'supporting and students'academic self-concept perform very important role in predicting the students'help seeking behaviors ;while in senior high school perception of the teachers'support and students'academic self-concept play an excellent role in predicting the academic help seeking.
