Appropriate stress can create active reactions. It can focus the attention. It can keep up teaching morale. It can stimulate thinking. But over-loaded stress can lead all kings of side-effects to teachers physically, mentally and professionally, which will affect teachers' occupational interests, attitude and their teaching behaviors, thus bringing about bad effect or quality, which in the end absolutely affect the whole school education system or even the society in adirect or indirect way.This thesis makes a survey about the occupational stress of the teachers in Nanhai District, Foshan City.
