Tianjin Hexi District School Teachers Occupational Stress Research

Environment, education has been the general concern of the whole society, the society gives teachers more requirements and career implications. Work intensity, heavy academic pressure, social expectations, the students difficult to manage resulting in teachers’ work pressure and the intensity of the pressure rising trend. Organization and Human Resources Institute of the Renmin University of China School of Public Administration and Sina educational channel in2005to complete the joint investigation report of the teachers’living conditions, which results of the analysis of the different groups in the occupational stress of junior high school teachers accounted for75.6%the proportion of different types of schools occupational stress ranking the first place. In this study, Hexi District, junior high school teachers as an object, through a questionnaire survey of occupational stress conditions, analysis of sources of stress and its deep-seated reasons on this basis, the improvement countermeasures.
