Study On The Status Quo And Tactics Of School-Based Research In Kazakh Middle School

The School-based Research is based on school education teaching work. School-based Research is a kind of teaching research method that its object is to solve all kinds of school problems , its main researching stuff is school teachers ,and its purpose is to promote students'self-improvement and teachers'specialization. School-based Research is an essential requirement of contemporary school development and teachers'growing, it is also clarify the direction and importance of teaching revolution , because it is the supplement of traditional teaching research and teachers training mode with its strong efficiency ,flexibility, economic , pertinence.This essay indicates the problems of School-based Research for present Kazakh middle schools and make some useful advises about how to improve School-based Research work by doing researches on three Kazakh middle schools of Xinjiang Yining city.This essay includes five parts as follow:The first part is about elaborating the researching back ground, purpose ,meaning ,and methods of this essay.The second part is about concluding the School-based Research theory and the meaning of implementation.The third part is about introducing the efforts and preliminary achievements of Yi ning city middle school's School-based Research constructing system; meanwhile analyse and make preliminary conclusion of the questionnaire survey results of Kazakh middle schools of Yi Ning city.The fourth part is about indicating the problems of Kazakh middle school's School-based Research work's, content, direction, institution and analyse the cause.The fifth part is about advises on concrete countermeasure such as: improving teachers quality, creating School-based Research's new method and content, reform and strengthen School-based Research system.
