In information society, knowledge renews unceasingly. Knowledge learned in school can not satisfy people's need to fit the requirement of the society. The construction of study society and lifelong learning make e-Learning propose of the rapidly become popular and known. At present, the elementary education reform is also in the transformational period from traditional to modern one. Using the information technology method to promote students ' study ability becomes the focus of the educational reform. Taking e-Learning as the assistant method may make up the insufficiency of school education, cultivate the innovative spirit and practical abilities of students, and make them become creative in society.About e-Learning, there are three kinds of translation: Network study, electronically study and digitized study. He Kekang a professor in Beijing Normal University connected our country's current practice of educational reform, with the researches of domestic and abroad and made a more comprehensive explanation to e-Learning:"e-Learning refers the learning and teaching activity through the Internet or other digital medias. It makes good use of the new and resourceful learning environment, provided by educational technology to realize a new way of study. This way will change the traditional function of teachers and their with students relations, and then to change the teaching structure and the nature of education". At present, the domestic research mainly concentrates on the application of e-Learning in the field higher education and enterprise training, the research about"middle-school student e-Learning"is relatively less. This article is based on the spot investigation to reveal the e-Learning among middle school students and analyzes the existing superiority, the problem, the characters and the restricted factor. It also obtains practice information puts out the strategies on how to effectively practice e-Learning among middle school students through the combination of practice and theory.The first part is introduction. Which shows the background, the importance and the significance of the middle-school student's e-Learning.The second part is the summary of e-Learning. It makes a preliminary elaboration to the origin, the definition, the essential factor and the character of e-Learning. It defines that the e-Learning in this article mainly refers to"the network oriented"assistant study, and analyzes the current domestic and abroad development and the tendency of e-Learning.The third part is the theory of e-Learning. It introduces four important basic theories of the e-Learning: Constructivist learning theory, Humanistic learning theory, Multi-Intelligences theory and Knowledge management theory, and analyzes their core idea's instructional function to the e-Learning. The fourth part is the investigation and analysis of the present state of middle-school students'e-Learning. In order to get the present situation and influencing factors of middle-school student e-learning, to get comprehensive and true materials and decrease the subjective effect, this part analyzes the outcome of middle-school students'questionnaire and the influencing factors.The fifth part is the discussion of middle-school student e-Learning strategies. According to questionnaire's analysis, students, teachers, parents, the hardware environment as well as the resources environment carry profound influence on the middle-school students'e-Learning. In view of these influences we should pay great attention to cultivatly the middle-school students'information consciousness, strengthening the teachers'and parents'instruction, improving the school computer network facility and the construction of resources base.The sixth part is conclusion. It summarizes the paper's research and its meaning, and points out the deficiency in this research and the expectation of the following research. In brief, the study of how to promote the middle-school student to have e-Learning effectively is at present, which is worthy of paying attention to and is helpful in making up the insufficiency of class learning by using information technology, and it is helpful to the development of the informational education, the formation of lifelong learning, and the construction of a studying society. This paper is only a preliminary attempt to this problem and tries hard to provide periodical suggestion and countermeasures to achieve and then makes e-Learning an effective assistant way to the middle-school students'study.
