Following the development of the world, people give more and more attention to the collaboration and communication between teachers. Especially after the curriculum reform, the voice that calls for teacher's collaboration and change of teachers' work style are louder. Therefore, this thesis takes the teacher's collaboration as the research object in the elementary education. Promote the ability of teacher's collaboration as the basic starting point. Take the teacher's collaboration team as the research point and insist the theory construct with the practice examine as the union.There are 4 parts of this paper. First is introduction, which is focused on the purpose, background, method and strategy of this research.The second part is the elementary theory system of teacher's cooperation team which is included the basic theory; the meaning key element and action pattern of teacher's collaboration team were analyzed.The third part is the present situation and difficulties of teacher's cooperation team which is included the model of teacher's cooperation team as well as the questions and reasons which is appeared in the teacher's cooperation team.Lastly, seek the strategy—optimized development of the teacher's cooperation team. The conclusion and some question for further study in the future include in the fourth chapterThis research is mainly based on the method of interview and document. The author focuses on elementary schools, then through the interview and documents, the problems and experiences of teachers' collaboration team were summarized. Based on these, the author analyzed the factors that block the collaboration team of teacher's development through teacher and school these two aspects. At last the methods of these problems were given out.
