In The Primary Resistance And Strategies To Build Teachers' Culture Of Cooperation

Following the development of the world, people give more and more attention to the collaboration and communication between teachers. Especially after the curriculum reform, the voice that call for teachers' collaboration and change of teachers' work style are more loud.This research is mainly based on the method of interview and document. The author focuses on elementary schools, first, the meaning and character of teacher culture and teacher collaboration culture were analysed . Then through the interview and documents, the problems and experiences of teachers' collaboration were summarized. Based on these, the author analysed the factors that block teacher collaboration culture's development through teacher and administrator these two aspacts. At last the methods of these problems were give out.
