| It is our study focus of constructing harmonious society though developing of educational equity. But relevant theoretical study mainly concerns on the abstract statement and discussion, while the practical study mainly researches the teaching methods and professional development of teachers. So what they suggest is always devoid of content and difficult to achieve.What we learnt about standard school building is so scarce. The conception of standard school is very vague. And discussion about the subject of English is mainly about the teaching methods, teaching material and teachers'self-study, which lacks systematical standard study.Basing on the investigation of English educational status in Jilin Province, the writer tries to build up standards of junior English teaching and studying and to seek ways of achieve the standards with the purpose of reducing the spatial difference between cities and rural area. |
