A Study On Present Situation Analysis And Countermeasure For Future Tendency Of Changchun Vocational Education

As an important constituent of the citizenship education, vocational education has trained a large quantity of special practical talented person and the workers with high quality skills for the economic and the social development. At the same time, as the important way of the labor market supplies, the status and function of vocational education in social development in future are attended more and more. As the capital city of the Jilin Province, Changchun undertakes the historical responsibility of promoting the economy development of entire province, flourishing the Northeast Industrial Base and constructing harmonious Jilin. The development of vocational education that concerning the human resources foundation is imminent. This article intends to make the thorough investigation about the present situation of Changchun vocational education, search the causes of deep-level problems, and study the future development trend of Changchun vocational education, then put forward the countermeasure and suggestion.In the first part of the thesis, the author introduced the outlines of vocational education, further defined the definition and the connotation among vocational education, the vocational education system and the educational system construction. Then we briefly analyzed the development course and basic systems of vocational education ,in order to clear the vocational education thinking and comprehensively explain the development vein of our country and the basic situations in Changchun.The second part of the thesis reviewed the development course of Changchun vocational education during the"Tenth Five-Year Plan"period, and analyzed profoundly the primary problems in the practice. through analyzing and summarizing accomplishment and the primary problems, we revelatory analyzed the circumstance that vocational education develop in Changchun.The third part of the thesis put forward three trends and challenges of Changchun vocational education development: the trend and challenge that vocational education's proportion rise ceaselessly, the trend and challenge that the country vocational education development show itself expeditiousness situation, the trend and challenge that vocational education develop in the whole and delamination and structure upwards, the trend and challenge that vocational education combine industrial development much more diversificatily.The fourth part of the thesis indicated mostly six pieces of countermeasure and suggestion that Changchun's middle vocational education develop in the future: heighten vocational education's status, consummate manage systems, actualize the correlative systems strictly, strengthen basic establishment, deploy resource accurately and support vocational education develop greatly in the county and the city zone. The conclusion part summarized the writing idea of this article comprehensively, combed the problem which exists at present and the future tendency and the countermeasure to Changchun vocational education, and pointed out the insufficiency of research and the future forecast.
