In Weifang Duty Education Present Situation And Development Countermeasure Research

Currently the management and research talented persons are with good ability but bad job in our country, the lack of technical and skilled talented persons is the problem. It is to say, the fast development of vocational education is reasonable and base on the realistic. But in Weifang city, the fast developed middle vocational education in 1980s, now is in trouble from the middle of 1990s, especially massive college enrollment expansion in 1999. First, such as higher vocational school, middle vocational school and artisan school, the source of the students for these schools reduces quickly and the quality falls; Second, the same trouble for the new higher vocational schools.In my opinion, the main reason of the trouble for middle vocational education is that vocational education system is finished but persons want to receive the more and more higher level education.In semicentury, the successful vocational and artisan education is made contribution to developing the economy in Taiwan, So I think, according to experience in Taiwan, we should reform the current finishing higher vocational education system, and build a new middle vocational education system which is perfect relatively, unified with lifelong education and linking up with general education. We also give reformation suggestion for linking and amalgamation between vocational education and lifelong education, building diversification vocational education system and the excellent teaching staff.
