Research On The Problem Of Enterprisation In School Management

It has been a long time to apply the enterprise theories and means into school administration. In the past one hundred years, school administration has transplanted a lot from the enterprise in administration; administration in enterprise had an important effect on theoretic and practical developing of school administration. There is some comparability between school administration and enterprise administration about function and other things, as different organizations, but there are many differences in their motivation,value,method,characteristic and so on, which make the nature diversity. If we manage school as enterprise, we will block the development of school administration.This paper concerns about the meaning of enterprisation of school management and its shortcoming, how to deal with the relationship between school administration and enterprise administration, how to innovate and the like.The first part of this paper has expatiated from three aspect which include notion,background and exhibition.The second part of this paper oppugns the action of enterprisation of school management base on its limitations, which involves the action of managing school as enterprise supply a quillet for government to elude its responsibility, this action does not solve many problems perfectly, it also increase problems and risks. In all, this part posts the hazard of managing school as enterprise. Finally, i get three ideas. For one thing, we can not manage school with the enterprise administration directly. For another, the innovation of school administration should not be depended on market principle. Finally, it must be cautious to let school break away from the administration of government completely.If we pointed out the harm of enterprisation of school management, and do not concern about how to deal with the relationship between school administration and enterprise administration, or we make school administration and enterprise administration separate completely, this is not only irresponsible, but also irrational. Thus, the third section discusses three points. Firstly, we should use enterprise administration to improve school administration reasonably, so that we could innovate efficiently. Secondly, we should increase education ingredient, and reduce enterprise ingredient. Thirdly, we must grasp the essence of school administration in order to conceive good school administration.
