The classroom teaching is the fundamental mode for school to realizes the education goal. Analysing the classroom teaching quality scientificly and systematically is the most important way to improve the school teaching effec. It Is the inevitably request to promotes the student to be comprehensive, healthy, harmony and the develop psustainable. It is the common goal for the educational reform all over the world, also it is the important channel to reduces the teaching waste. Through analyzing the teacher teaching case, not only can give teacher the teaching feedback, but also can obtain the success experience and Inadequate in teaching from the typical case . Classroom teaching quality and effective teaching theory have close relations, in some kind of degree, high quality classroom teaching is high validity teaching, at the same time, the validity teaching is also the high quality. For this reason ,I selected the effective teaching research angle, unified the the classroom observation technology and the case research technique together, from the factor which influence the elementary school mathematics classroom teaching quality :classroom teaching structure, the classroom teaching assignment, the classroom inquiry .To analysis the two teaching cases.Based on the analysis, the author argues that the two cases lesson teaching structure relatively reasonable, classroom teaching time with reasonable distribution, but question the validity of the classroom needs to be increased. On this basis, the authors sum up the quality of classroom teaching primary analysis of the new perspective, in order to effectively support the teaching of the theory, classroom observation techniques and case analysis, theory and practice. to the actual investigation as a focal point for comprehensive analysis and study. Meanwhile, a primary school mathematics classroom teaching quality of a number of strategies that optimize the structure of classroom teaching. Improving Classroom question the validity and the profound mathematical thinking and so on.
