In recent years, Flip the Classroom has been explored by many educational researchers out seas while the localization studys so far are not too many in our country. This article focuses the perspective of specific segments and subject and explores ways to individual teaching in elementary school mathematics on the basis of theoretical analysis of the meaning of the Flip the Classroom approach. We have designed a learning center suitable for the Flip the Classroom approach in elementary school mathematics. And then we constructed the localized individual patterns of elementary school mathematics. We conducted action research on this basis. In this paper, the action research process begins with the actual teaching of elementary mathematics departure, from which issues to identify problems and seek solutions. Supported by a technology company, we have established a "micro-campus" interactive learning management platform, and its functions were designed. The platform helped us break through the difficulties encountered in action research, making research eventually progress smoothly. This article is also based on Shanghai’s textbooks edition. We accumulated successful experiences and stories of the individualized teaching model elementary school mathematics based on the Flip the Classroom approach. Through the elaboration of experiences and cases, this paper proves the feasibility on implementation of Flip the Classroom approach in Chinese primary school mathematics. In addition, this article feedbacks the benefits of the individualized teaching model elementary school mathematics to students, teachers and parents. And also, it explained its problems and shortcomings, providing references for related researchers in future. In short, the paper answers "what","why" and "how" questions to the Flip the Classroom approach by a systematic and procedural theoretical study and practical research. Eventually, we formed the individual mode based on the flipped classroom approach in elementary school mathematics.
