This article embarked from the discussion self-regulated Learning connotation, elaborates the self-regulated Learning to develop to the society, to student individual development as well as to school edition reform vital role. From the pedagogy, the psychology, the philosophy aspect has studied the development self-regulated Learning rationale. The union education teaching basic rule, has explored the basic principle which the development self-regulated Learning should follow. In this foundation, analyzed the rural junior middle school student independently to study the flaw the condition, to restricted the teacher aspect factor, student's factor, the school teaching material environment factor, the teaching management aspect factor and the family factor aspect which the rural junior middle school student independently studied has carried on the analysis, and from improved the teacher quality, the enhancement instructs the student independent learning capability, improved the teachers and students relations, helped the student to set up correct study view, stimulated the student to study the interest, the improvement study appraisal way as well as enlarges the rural education investment, consummates the rural teaching the material environment aspect, How explored has built in the rural junior middle school is advantageous to promotes the environment atmosphere which the student independently studied. Finally, unifies the existing research self-regulated Learning the theory achievement, has studied the basic teaching procedure which the self-regulated Learning effective classroom instruction pattern should follow.
