The Experiments Research Of Studying And Teaching Model Of Self-determination And Cooperation For Colleges And Universities

College sports is an important way to carry about quality education and train the overall development of personal. It is also an important and decisive stage in lifelong sports. College sports is now an important task to improve the quality of teaching comprehensively, enable students to better master the body of knowledge and lay the foundation for lifelong sports.This paper probes the feasibility of independent-cooperative teaching model in sports through teaching experiment. The process of teaching experiment has been carried out strictly by documentary analysis, logic analysis, expert interviews, questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics. The results indicate that: (1) Independent-Cooperative teaching model compared with the traditional mode of teaching is more effective to raise the level of students'skills; (2) Independent-Cooperative teaching model is suitable for the individual differences in the proves of teaching. It promotes exchanges between students and enhances the quality of physical education; (3) Independent-Cooperative teaching model enhances cooperation in the interest of the students, enable promotes the formation of the thinking of students lifelong sports; (4) Independent-Cooperative teaching model accords with the current reform of university curriculum. It can be operated and popularized easily.
