With the advent of high-speed information age, students are already aware of the importance of lifelong learning and to understand it throughout his life. Students can put to good use the lessons from the school of "energy" to a later work which, ability to adapt to the current competitive social environment, the ability to play in the actual work of the school in the future? The school is learning to grow cradle, for guidance and training will shoulder the mission. School curriculum to further deepen reform of student learning. The establishment and development aimed at fully mobilize and play the student body, diversity of learning, especially to promote independent-exploratory cooperative learning model. Emphasis on students' innovative spirit and practical ability and the ability to acquire new knowledge. In this context of physical education and other educational disciplines both the same point also has its own unique characteristics discipline, physical education is more open than other subjects on the environment, making between teachers and students, there will be more communication and exchange among students so for the independent- to create a fully cooperative learning experimental conditions.In recent years, with the rapid popularization of sports dance among the general public, Dance Sport has become an important part of the vocational college sports, and the majority of the students' favorite. I read through this information on domestic and international independent learning, cooperative learning, teaching theory to sort out and practice their sport combines dance teaching, and found no contradiction between autonomy and cooperation. No self-reliance as well as cooperation is copied, without the cooperation of the independent single well isolated, can not survive. Dialectical relationship between unity and common development can co-exist, without regard separately. Traditional sports dance teaching model often just blindly "Import type" missionary indoctrination stifle independent and pioneering; too demanding professional-style, to break up the bold and passion.An autonomous cooperative learning model not only enables students to discuss the learning process and sport dance teacher, learning, planning, review, while among peers and learn together. Teachers also need to focus on students with different foster innovation and independent thinking ability of students. Develop students' potential, so that every student can get physical and mental exercise.Based on the vocational school sports dance classes studied, the results are as follows:1.An independent a cooperative learning model and the traditional learning model is more conducive to improving student learning compared to the level of skills.2.Independent a cooperative learning model can accommodate every student, more fully reflect the student's main initiative. An independent cooperative learning model can improve student learning enthusiasm for sports dance, let the students experience the joy of learning and to take the initiative to learn, to allow students to form a lifelong sports consciousness. I hope this research can provide a theoretical basis and reference methods are available for vocational schools Dance Sport a cooperative self-learning mode.
