For many years, we have cultivated a large number of football coaches with professional football experience ,but because of the limit positions of football coaches,professional football coaches have been in the "relative surplus" situation. Because of main jop of college football teachers are teaching, most of them are short of football training experience .Nowdays with dominance of universities participating in the World University Games transfered to the Ministry of Education the Peoples Republic of China and with top-level sports teams are developing very quickly in universities,Many universities are facing challenge and opportunities to competitive sports.At present, impact of China University Football League are becoming bigger than beforeIt will have bright prospect .But, The serious problems faced to universities are lack of some high skilled and rich experienced football coaches . In order to fully make use of the existing human resources and achieve the optimal human resources allocation. We make a in-depth discussions and study of this project, in order to establish mechanism of role transformation of football coaches with chinese character.It will provide useful proposal to all-round development of chinese football cause.Through using the methods of documents,questionnaire,case law and other methods, We send out questionnaires to leaders of college physical education departments, football coaches and university football teachers .Through study and analysis we make conclusions as follows.Football coaches and football teachers have been trained primarily through professional sports colleges and institutions and pre-job training of the Chinese Football Association .Football teachers trained in Sports college and institutions have advantages of solid and system theory and strong sports teaching ability and Etc, But they also have disadvantages of inadequate practical guidance capability. football coaches trained through Pre-job training with high practical guidance capability and rich experience, But they also have shortcomings of lack of theoretical knowledge .Role of football coach and football teacher are different. Football coaches mainly play a role of football training ,match and related team management ,but football teachers play a major role of football teaching and research.Role of transformation of football coaches and football teachers is the need of football coaches human resources integration of society and the college. It is need to make best use of football coaches and football teachers,to make up for inadequate training system of football coaches and football teachers , to raise the scientific level of chinese football .It is need of "relative surplus" status of China's professional football coaches,good college football development environment, potential commercial value of college football and stability of the College Football League system .All provide possible conditions to role transformation of football coaches and football teachers.The main factor influence the role transformation of football coaches and football teachers are Support size of the football project from university, wage, system of College Football League game and the University Football League's position,college football training environment and condition,personnel management system and the Commercial value of university football.We should establish transform agencies by the Chinese Football Association(CFA) and the Federation of University Sports of China(FUSC),conduct personnel exchanges with certain procedures .We should change our concepts, continually enhancing and improving the level of China University Football League and enlarging the college football business space.It is need that reforming and improving the university system of hiring special person ,continually expanding the high-level college football commercial operation channels and strengthening the intensity of financing,further strengthening sustainable development and survival of high-level college football ,rising the competitive level and business value of University Football League and social impact.
