Study On The Role Change Of Retired Athletes As School Football Teachers And Their Advantages ——A Case Study Of Henan Province

Fully implement the strategy of xi jinping,general secretary of the State Council and the central party committee the deployment,the Ministry of Education issued the campus football for five years work in progress and the work plan for 2020,according to the requirements of the reform and development of Chinese football overall scheme,to fully promote the campus football work,formulate suitable for this area of the campus football work system and the implementation plan,We will increase social policy support and financial support,optimize the allocation of educational resources in the region,and promote infrastructure construction.Build a technology platform and open up a rising channel.However,the shortage of campus football teachers and coaches is the primary problem that restricts the popularization and promotion of campus football.In order to make up for the shortage of football teacher resources.Perfect excellent coaches,excellent retired athletes,excellent social sports instructors,including social personnel with sports expertise,to enter the campus as football teachers in a full-time and part-time way,build a high-level campus football teacher system,fully mobilize more retired athletes to devote to the cause of education enthusiasm.Promote the overall level of campus football in Henan province together.This study improves the understanding and attention of the state and society on the reemployment status of retired athletes,explores the applicable strategies for retired athletes to participate in,enriches the working methods,and promotes the development of campus football in Henan Province.This study takes retired athletes as campus football teachers in Henan Province and their advantages as the research object.Through literature distribution,questionnaire survey,expert interview,mathematical statistics,logical analysis and field investigation,it elaborates the theoretical basis of retired athletes as campus football teachers’ role transformation.First,the current situation of retired athletes serving as campus football teachers in Henan Province was investigated.Then,by visiting campus football experts and scholars in Henan province and retired athletes serving as teachers in schools,the role analysis and existing problems of retired athletes serving as campus football teachers were summarized and analyzed,and a conclusion was drawn through research:（1）In Henan province,the age structure of campus football teachers tends to be young.Young football teachers lack teaching experience and teaching ability,which is not conducive to the development of students,and football teachers lack correct understanding of the learning of training.The lack of teaching ability of campus football teachers in Henan province is mainly caused by the lack of accurate management and learning of football teachers.（2）The salary of campus football teachers in Henan province is generally lower than the overall average level of the education industry.Football teachers are not particularly satisfied with their income level,which is an important factor leading to the brain drain.（3）In the development process of campus football,there are high requirements on the comprehensive ability of football teachers.Some retired athletes do not quickly adapt to the identity of teachers in the process of role transformation,do not show the behavior and spiritual quality matching expectations,and have poor role identity and weak will quality.（4）At present,most primary and secondary schools in Henan province employ the teacher recruitment system through teaching recruitment and school recruitment.Many retired athletes do not have the teacher qualification certificate and cannot participate in the annual teaching recruitment examination,and they cannot obtain the promotion space for their job positions,which lacks the long-term and stable guarantee.This recruitment system does not apply to retired athletes and will prevent more elite retired athletes from entering the school.（5）The rights and obligations of retired athletes serving as campus football teachers after role transformation have not been properly protected by the school,and the standardization of the school’s recruitment system for football teachers needs to be strengthened.
