The development and construction of the Chinese collated and corrected copy teaching material is not only a response to the new century challenge that the duty education meets but also the inevitable requirement which proposed to the school about the reforms and development of the new century vocational education. It is a basic construction that the duty school full displays school superiority and the school characteristic, trains the new teacher positively, promotes the teacher role transformation, promotes the student harmonious full scale development, and brings up a talented person for the new century. The Chinese collated and corrected copy teaching material, because of its pointed strong (teaching material goal direction is clear about), the flexibility (the content establishment to be nimble well, the revision convenience) and the good serviceability of the diverse contents, can enable to make the students benefit from the multiple choice for their individual development and meet the needs of studying lifelong. It can also enrich their feelings, cultivate their sentiment, help them learn how to study and build the perfect personality. This article discusses the development and construction of the Chinese collated and corrected copy teaching material from five aspects:First part: Analyze the insufficiency of the existing duty Chinese teaching material and carry out the connotation limits and the definition of the Chinese collated and corrected copy teaching material.Second part: Demonstrate the significance of the development and construction of the Chinese collated and corrected copy teaching material.Third part: Principles of the development and construction of the Chinese collated and corrected copy teaching materialFourth part: Propose compilation conception of the duty Chinese collated and corrected copy teaching material. The teaching material arrangement system should follow the principle which the cognition study theory proposed. The master line is to raise and enhance the students' ability of speaking, reading, writing and the good professional quality. The Chinese teaching material contents should be divided into minute modules and carry out the organization according to the subject. The demonstration and analysis of two cases presents the teaching material construction system and analyzes the latent significance of the teaching material to the student.Fifth part: According to the five procedures of the collated and corrected copy curriculum written by Stufflebeam, think about the appraisal mechanism of the Chinese collated and corrected copy teaching material.
