A Preliminary Exploration Of The Institution Moral Education

The institution moral education is rational thinking about the current disordered moral life and difficult position of moral education in our country. The institution moral education is also one of current new moral education idea in our country. This article is based on accepting the new idea of the institution moral education proposed by Professor Du Shizhong and does the further researches of questions related to the institution moral education. This paper as a whole has been divided into three parts besides the part of introduction and that of conclusion.The first part elaborates the institution moral education and its characteristic. Firstly, this part has fixed concepts relevant to the institution moral education such as institution, moral education, and institution ethics. Then, this part elaborates the connotation of the institution moral education by basting in inherent connection between institution and moral education. In the writers' opinion, the institution moral education has four characteristics: participation, institution justice, due process, criticism function.The second part elaborates the institution moral education's necessity and the possibility. This part elaborates the proposing the institution moral education's realistic necessity through two aspects: one is that in the process social transition disordered moral calls for the institution moral education. ; The other is that the current school institution culture's flaw calls for the institution moral education. Then, this part elaborates the institution moral education's theoretic foundation through three aspects of the institution moral education's occurrence mechanism, the institution ethics' basis and human theory's basis. The institution moral education's occurrence mechanism includes four links: individual prototype morality, accepting hint, non-thinking selection, and self-independent choosing.The third one elaborates the implementation strategy of the institution moral education. There are two strong strategies to implement the institution moral education: one is to develop the institution moral education through establishing good institution environment; the other is to take the procedure justice and implement the institution moral education, in the moral education management process~...
