Middle school teachers is a major strength in basic education, motivating teachers is a core issues of education management of government and school. Along with the economic and social changes and the deepening of education reform, a series of changes of their needs naturally take place.Under the theme of the times of people-oriented and building a harmonious society, in order to raise the school management standards, and promote the sound development of basic education,we should research the incentive needs of middle school teachers and based on the incentive needs of middle school teachers,targeted incentive management for middle school teachers will be explored.From the visual domain of public human resource management, this article comprehensive apply the basic theory of public human resource management, management psychology, organizational behavior theory with empirical research motivation needs of middle school teacher.On the basis of Empirical research, we carry out incentive management for middle school teachers.Learning and using Maslow's theory of needing levels and knowledge workers incentive model, according to the actual situation of china's teacher incentive management, we compile the questionnaire related and implement a quantitative study of incentive needs features and incentive management of middle school teachers in Heze city of Shandong province.And the middle school teachers'incentive management solutions are put up.The result of this study shows:â‘ Survey founds that the needs for middle school teachers incentives needs feature include environmental factors, remuneration, growth and development, achievements in professional work and individual autonomy five aspects of the incentive needs.incentives needs strength of middle school teachers from strong to weak followes by environmental factors, achievements in professional work, personal autonomy, growth and development, remuneration.â‘¡F rom the whole, the overall needs for middle school teachers is very high. But Overall satisfaction with incentive management of middle school teachers is lower.The evaluation of the existing incentive management is also lower, what is more, Evaluation of incentive management show a higher concentration and a high degree of consistency.â‘¢Middle school teachers take on distinct differences in the needs and elements with gender, education, job titles, age, type of mddle school.Sex:female teachers have a higher need degree of achievements in professional work and individual autonomy;Age:As the age increases, the needs constantly lower.However, remuneration of the 41-50 years old teacher is the strongest;Education:there is a positive correlation between the education of middle school teachers and their academic achievements individual autonomy.There is a negative correlation between growth and development, remuneration, environmental factors and the education of middle school teachers;the title of a technical post:High titles of a technical post of middle school teachers have a lower needs;while no titles of a technical post of middle school teachers have a strongest level needs;School types:The level of needs Important high school teacher is high;Junior middle school teacher require a minimum on achievements in professional work environmental factors;Private middle school teachers show the minimum needs of individual autonomy.The study concludes:Middle school teacher incentive management strategyThe initial motivation management plan for middle school teachers is proposed.It takes the major needs of middle school teachers as a starting point,Government, schools and individuals work together to realize organizational goals and teacher individual goals.At last, the article proposes incentive management strategy for middle school teachers.â‘ The government guide incentive management of middle school teachers.â‘¡S chools establish a multi-layer, three-dimensional teacher's motivation management mechanism.â‘¢t eacher carry out personal self-motivation.Innovation of this study : this study proposes three-dimensional incentive management model of middle school teachers from the government,schools and individuals. Especially research on the government responsibility of teachers'incentive management. To a single incentive management aspect previously, this is a breakthrough. The first-hand information from Empirical research on middle school teachers'incentive needs should provide some reference for middle school teacher incentive management whose goal is development together both middle school and teacher.Insufficiencies of this study:The study sample was limited to a limited number of samples, there are certain limited scope.Some incentive management strategy should be further tested in order to further improve research.
