Research On The Application Of Incentive Strategy In Senior High School Teaching Management

Teaching is the central task of the school,and the quality of teaching is the life of the school.Teaching management is the management of school teaching to improve the quality and level of school teaching.Teaching management can promote teachers' enthusiasm in teaching,make them finish teaching tasks with high quality and efficiency,and improve teaching level and quality.Encouragement is the most effective way to improve teachers' enthusiasm in teaching.The application of encouragement in teaching management can stimulate teachers' inner teaching motivation,arouse teachers' teaching enthusiasm,improve teachers' teaching level,thus improve the teaching quality and reputation of the school.This paper studies the application of incentive strategies in senior high school teaching management,which is divided into five parts.The Introduction chapter summarizes the research on teaching management and motivation at home and abroad,and comprehensively summarizes the research results.The first chapter mainly discusses the characteristics of high school teaching management,management status,demand analysis and the necessity of applying incentive strategies.The second chapter first introduces the survey object of W middle school,then discusses the development plan of questionnaire survey and personal interview in detail,and finally analyzes the current situation of the application of incentive strategies in high school teaching management.The third chapter mainly from the human aspect,the system aspect and the application management incentive improper three aspects,has carried on the summary to the high school teaching management application incentive strategy question,has analyzed its reason.In the fourth chapter,aiming at the problems of Applying Incentive Strategies in senior high school teaching management,the author puts forward some countermeasures,such as changing teaching management concept,establishing perfect teaching management incentive system and effective teaching management evaluation system,and establishing long-term incentive mechanism to promote the development of teachers,so as to solve the problems of Applying Incentive Strategies in senior high school teaching management.
