Vocational Schools "Trinity" Student Education Management Model

Vocational and technical education and vocational education, and basic education, college education and adult education coexist of one of the four major types of education. In nearly a decade, China’s vocational and technical education is developing to booming trend, take the market as the guidance,"university-enterprise cooperation and work-integrated learning" education thought and concept has become the dominant mode of running vocational and technical school. Under the rapid development of vocational and technical education, with the development of social economy, countries, industries and enterprises to the quality of vocational talent demand is higher and higher, more emphasis on talent training quality, vocational and technical schools as the main position of cultivating professional talents, besides, as always, pay attention to cultivate professional skills, more attention to student’s ideological and political moral quality and regulating the behavior of the professional quality of education and training.Improve the quality of talent cultivation is the premise of establishing effective student education management mode. At present, vocational and technical schools in student education management problem increasingly prominent, the traditional student management mode is difficult to adapt to the requirement of new situation. Responsible for students’ education, management, service departments "cooperatively, fragmented", without the formation of students together, students’ comprehensive quality is not formed in a unified education environment, cannot reflect the effectiveness of the education management of students; Political theory education and students practical life and the nature of vocational education; Students are not the norm the behavior of the consciousness and behavior habits, it is difficult to adapt to social and work life, and so on. To solve these problems, we should establish effective student management pattern. First of all, in this paper, the vocational school student education management related concepts and research are studied,this paper expounds the theory of ideological and political education, management education work and the related concepts of employment service work, introduces the vocational and technical school students education management mode at home and abroad research situation and characteristics. Secondly, analyzed the the present situation of the vocational and technical school students education management, management of school students analyzes the predicament and reason of education work. Finally, put forward the "holy trinity" of vocational and technical school students education management model, this paper introduces the vocational a nd technical schools "the trinity" the basic content of management model, connotation, characteristics and significance, and in the Inner Mongolia autonomous region construction plan""national demonstrative higher vocational colleges, the construction of colleges and universities-Baotou vocational and technical college as an example, the "holy trinity" of vocational and technical school students education management mode for some thinking and study, from the ideological and political education courses, the educational work and employment service instruction work management three aspects, through the emphasis on the effectiveness of ideological and political education curriculum, timely and thought leading role, strengthen the educational work of systematic and institutionalized management and behavior standards, strengthen the employment service instruction work of pertinence, marketization and target function, the ideological and political theory education, management education work and employment service instruction work, the combination of the formation of students together, build a lead on ideological and political education courses for thought, action for management education, employment service guide for the foothold of the three combination of "trinity" of students education management mode.
