| Middlie school teachers are the core of power in compulsoryeducation, the stage of their encourage management to successfuldirect impacts on our education the process. With the developmentand change of our economy and education, middle school teachers’motivation needs will also change. Under the background of thepeople-oriented times and building of a harmonious society, in order toimprove management standards , promote the orderly development ofbasic education , the middle school teachers’encourage managementshould be researched pointedly.In this paper, on the basis of previous research result, thecomprehensive use of organizational behavior, management psychology,and management of basic theory, the middle school teachers’needs areempirically studied, and the secondary school teachers stimulatemanagement research is made.Through study and application of Maslo’sHierarchy Needs Theory and Herzberg’s Two-factor Theory, according tothe situation of our school teachers’encouragement, the relevantsurvey and interview outline are made. Based on the research of theteachers’encouragement needs and management in Yaodu District,Linfen, Shanxi Province, the targeted strategy of the middle schoolteachers’encourage management is come to.The result of this study shows: 1. It is found in the survey that the morale of the secondary schoolteachers’encouragement needs include three aspects:the job factors,growth factors and system and environment ,which from strength toweakness, can be arranged as: growth factors, job factors and systemand environment factor.2. On the whole, the overall need for middle school teachers is high,but the morale of the satisfaction of the overall secondary schoolteachers is low. the assessment of middle school teachers to theexisting mechanism is not high, and the result of the assessment ofmiddle school teachers’encouragement is highly concerntrated andagreed.3. Analyzed the differences according to the different variables, it isfound that in gender: female teachers pay more attention to theenvironment and system of incentive factors, while the male teacherspay more attention to the work of the incentive factors; in age:secondary school teachers on incentive factors need to be changedalong with the age stages, among them, young and middle-agedteachers attach more importance to work factors and growth factorsneeds; in education: teachers of different degrees need to have differentemphases----- teachers with higher education on the job autonomyrequirements are higher, and lower education teachers on personaldevelopment and growth factors are more concern; in title: professionallevel and a negative correlation between incentive intensity; in types ofschools : the key high school teachers concern the growth factors andthe environment and system of incentive factors, primary middle schoolteachers in the environment and institutional factors require a minimum,private secondary school teachers pay more attention to the motivation factors.4. According to the above research conclusion, based on theteachers’ actual needs as the starting point, this paper puts forward toa plurality of teacher incentive management mechanism. |
