Establishing university science and technology park is an effective method to solve this problem.The construction of Zhejiang provincial university science and technology park aims to learn from the successful experience in building universities science and technology park home and abroad, and turn the provincial higher-learning institutes' technology results, which has high technological contents and market potentials, into practical production ability through the research of the park. The park can bring economic as well as social benefits, and promote the combination of provincial higher-learning institutes and the market. It creates a positive interaction between the local social-economic development and the teaching as well as researching of provincial universities. That is "government leading as the core, cooperation among universities as the base, society assistance as the support". In building a provincial university science and technology park, the government has to play a leading role in the process while the university holds a subject position. It is necessary to choose the location of the park scientifically basing on the local conditions. By gathering the construction resources through society assistance, we have to actively carry out the construction of the provincial university science and technology park basing on the current situations of Zhejiang province.
