Problems, Causes And Countermeasures Of The Development Of Adult Higher Education Of Fujian Province

The adult higher education is the important element of the modern higher education system, "being that traditional school education develops to life-long education". Adult higher education has made irreplaceable contribution in the development of Fujian Province. Therefore, the author pays close attention to the province's adult higher education, and initiated the research to Fujian Province adult higher education. This research takes concrete conditions and data of Fujian Province's adult higher education as basis, and can be divided into four chapters basically: 1) the first chapter explains in the introductory section about the background, purpose, significance and method of this research, and provides a review of the research and practice of higher adult education at home and abroad. 2) the second chapter has pointed out challenge facing our province adult higher education have problem and, have included unfair pay accepted by province adult higher education among them, the province adult higher education living space contraction, "civilizes a phenomenon universally" having disparate development gravely, unscientific structural setup, bad condition for running a school, teachers' incompetence, etc; the third chapter emphasizes the causes of the problcms, thc factor having pointed out society overall situation, includes the nearsightedness, being short of effective leader management system and operating mechanism, there existing breach, enterprise in the funds running a school, the ill-condition society decides a standard, the fast expansion of ordinary institutions of higher learning, not rectifying as well as my province colleges and universities develops the adult higher education attitude face to face and so on confessing; 4) the forth chapter analyses the strategic countermeasures having probed into Fujian Province's adult higher education, forcefully advocating the government leadership, the promotion accelerating province adult colleges and universities, improves competition, the effectuation open type develops, diversified development, integrates style to develop, absorb other countries adult education experience actively.
